BIXBY, Ruth Janette [SRGP 31428] - Osceola, Nov. 29 - Mrs. Ruth Jeanette Bailey, wife of Mr. Clark B. Bailey, died at her home in Elkland on November 20th, after a long and painful illness. Besides her husband, she is survived by four children - Roy J., Clara L., Beatrice Gertrude and Harold O. The funeral was held Tuesday, Rev. John Segwalt of Portville, NY, assisted by Dr. W.F. Wells of East Aurora, NY, and Rev. John Humphrey, of this place, officiating. The remains were taken on Wednesday to Mansfield for interment in Prospect Cemetery. - Wellsboro Agitator, December 1, 1909
