Born April 12, 1868 in Charleston Township, she was the daughter of Julius and Eunice Benedict Bailey. She was a member of the First Methodist Church; member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. There are no immediate survivors. Funeral service was held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at Johnson & Tussey Funeral Home, Wellsboro. The Rev. Erwin Bennett officiated.
