Donald G. BARDEN, 60, [SRGP 83446] of 127 South Main St. Mansfield, died Tuesday in the Wilson Memorial Hospital in Jackson City, N.Y. (Johnson City). He was born May 18, 1912 in Mansfield, the son of William and Cecelia Laugerbaum Barden. He was a self employed mason. He was a Veteran of World War 2 and a member of the local Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Hilda Day Barden; four sisters, Mrs. Ernest Kersey of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Carl Bell of Mansfield, Mrs. Hector Gilbert of Citra, Fla., and Miss Therese Barden of Mansfield; three brothers, John and Lester of Mansfield, and William Jr. of Endwell, N.Y. Funeral services were held Friday at the Kuhl Funeral Home, formerly Shaw and Robena, at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Richard Brenneman officiated. Burial was in Prospect Cemetery, Mansfield.
