Notes	BOLT, DAVID F. 56, (SRGP 17041)of Millerton RR 2 died Tuesday, July 19, 1994, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, New York. Born, Jan. 31, 1938, in Canton, he was the son of Harold D. and Elouise M. Smith Bolt. He retired after 27 years in construction and was a member of Local 1358. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of several antique tractor and engine shows, and was an avid sportsman. Surviving are his wife of 33 years, the former Frances C. Avery; three sons and daughters-in-law, William E., and Michele, Roger D, and Douglas F. and Jarose, all of Millerton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ralph and Sarah Jane Johns of Mansfield and Carlton and Lisa A. McClain of Millerton; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald R. and Amanda of Millerton, Jack H. and Sandy of Mainesburg, Jessie L. and Liz and Freddy T. and Kim, all of Mansfield,; mother-in-law, Caroline Avery of Mansfield; 12 grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. Friends called at the Wilston Funeral Home, Mansfield, on Friday, July 22, 1994. Services were held there Saturday, July 23, with the Rev. Raymond Valimont officiating. Burial was made at Mainesburg Cemetery, Mainesburg.
