Notes	BRACE - MRS. LEILA B. HEESS (SRGP 02109) MANSFIELD--Mrs. Leila Brace Heess, 76, of Boynton Beach, Fla., a Tioga County native, died Friday, March 14, 1986, in Lantana, Fla. Born at Mansfield May 9, 1909, she was the daughter of Orville and Anna Smith Brace. Surviving are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Fred Wheeler, of Elmira, NY, and a stepson, Walter Heess, of Phoenix, Ariz. The funeral will be held today, Mar. 19, at 11 am Wednesday at Kuhl-Wilston's, 18 North Main Street. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery. The Rev. Bruce P. Cummings, pastor of Southside Baptist Church, Elmira, NY, will officiated. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday
