Clark, Jr. of Richmond has purchased the meat market and other business of B.R. Bailey in this boro, and entered into possession yesterday. It has certainly been a thriving institution, and we hope to see it continue under the new proprietorship. --B.R. Bailey has sold out his meat market and grocery and intends to retire to his farm. He ran it for all it was worth and was successful, but the gaieties of city life have palled on his taste and he will probably resign his position as High mucky-muck of shadowy No.2, and develop into a horny-handed granger gracefully. Well Burr was "one of the boys" while on earth, and in his retirement it will be consolation to know that at times he will yet mingle. and so we are not all forlorn.
