COOK, OTIS B. (SRGP 08568) Otis B. Cook, 73, of Mansfield, died at the family home early Sunday, Oct. 25, 1942. He was born Sept. 22, 1865, in Rutland, Tioga County, the son of Gumalia and Eleanor Benson Cook. He resided in Mansfield for the past 20 years. Survivors: Wife, Lettie Seely Cook; daughters, Mrs. Clifford Crum of Rutland, Mrs. Stephen Guerdino of New York City; sons, Arland of Troy, Rexford of Westfield, Sheffield of Mansfield; sisters, Mrs. Fred Stone and Miss Georgia Cook of rutland; a brother, Minor Cook of Rutland; three grandchildren. Funeral Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the home and at 2 at the Baptist Church in Roseville. The Rev. Orey Crippen.
