Owen's Music Store?? father? OWEN, Phyllis [SRGP 88902] - Phyllis O. Swinsick, 84, of Mansfield died Saturday, Feb. 11, 1995, at Broad Acres Nursing Home, Wellsboro. Born Oct. 14, 1910, in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Ray and Marie Klesa Owen. She was a retired high school librarian in the Troy schools. She wrote Flashbacks which appeared in The Wellsboro Gazette. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Mansfield and Richard of Kalamazoo, Mich.; one daughter, Kathleen McCord of Hudson, Ohio; two brothers, John Owen of Lockport, NY, and Robert Owen of Canoga Park, Calif.; two sisters, Elvira Myler of Dearborne, Ohio and Helen Webster of Port Allegheny; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be made at Oakwood Cemetery, Mansfield. Memorial donations may be made to the Mansfield Free Public Library, 71 N.
