PALMER - Mildred A. Palmer Morse Shelman, 67, of Red Lion, died Sunday, April 2, 1992, at home. Born Nov. 22, 1924, in Mainesburg, she was the daughter of Claude and Gladys Spaulding Palmer. She was a member of Red Lion Bible Church and active supporter of York County Special Olympics. Surviving are three sons, Carlton Morse of Barton, NY; Rickie Morse of Owego, NY; Wayne Morse of Red Lion; three daughters, Betty Wakeenakona of Costa Mesa, Calif.; Linda Wilson of Blossburg; Anna Hubbard of Red Lion; 13 grandchildren; and two brothers and sisters. Services were held Saturday, April 4, at Red Lion Bible Church. The Rev. Ronald B. Schmuck, her pastor, officiated. Burial was made in Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Wellsboro [Charleston Township], on Monday, April 6.
