ROUPP, Idessa E. [SRGP 94111] - Mrs. Idessa E. French, age 85, of Mansfield, PA, died Friday, Nov. 21, 1969 after an extended illness. Funeral service was at the Shaw & Robena Funeral Home, Monday at 1 p.m., the Rev. Wesley Fisher officiated, assisted by the Rev. David Griffiths. Burial was in Middlebury Union Cemetery, Keeneyville, PA. Survived by daughters, Mrs. Eugene G. [Mary] Kemble of Annapolis, MD; Mrs. Lawrence C. [Harriet] Camenga of Riverside, Calif.; Mrs. Everett Q. [Edith] Waterman of Beltsville, MD; brothers, Harry D. Roupp of Morris, PA; Lorren Roupp of Troy, AP; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mrs. French was the widow of the late Nathan E. French; was a member of First Baptist Church of Mansfield and was active in all its affiliations; member of Tioga Valley Grange No. 918; Republican Council of Women; Local W.C.T.U.; for 12 years was the Tioga County Republican committee woman for Mansfield.
