RUMSEY - Pearl Kate [SRGP 5629] - K. Pearl Coolidge, 97, a resident of Sherwood Manor, died Friday, April 29, 1988, in the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro. Born April 28, 1891, in Sullivan Township, she was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Charles S. Rumsey. She was a member of the Mainesburg Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Denver, Colo., and Carl of Haverhill, Mass.; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Monday, May 2, at the Scureman Funeral Home, 130 South Main Street, Mansfield. The Rev. Robert Stump, her pastor officiated. Burial was made in Watson Cemetery, Roseville. - Wellsboro Gazette, May 4, 1988, p.12 Pearl taught at the Red School in Sullivan Township for the 1913-1914 school year. 1908 resided- Listed as K.
