Lawrenceville Feb. 15— David Sweet died at the home of his son, Solomon Sweet, on Thursday. Mr. Sweet was 81 years and had lived in Mansfield until a few months ago when he came to live with his son. He is survived by three sons, Wesley Sweet and Rembrandt Sweet, of Penn Yan, N.Y. and Solomon Sweet, of this place, also a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Reep. The funeral will be held in Mansfield Presbyterian Church today at 2 p.m.; burial in Prospect cemetery, Mansfield. Wellsboro Agitator - February 17, 1932

David D. Sweet, aged 81 years, formerly of Mansfield, died at his home in Lawrenceville, Wednesday night at 11 o'clock, after a short illness of heart trouble and asthma. Mr. Sweet was born in Ithaca, May 1, 1850, son of Salmon and Phebe Dickens Sweet. He married Mary Patterson, who died October 18, 1926. Surviving are three sons, J. Wesley and Rembrandt E. of Penn Yan; one daughter, Mrs. Nellie Reep, of Corning. The funeral was held Saturday in Mansfield; burial in Mansfield.
