Swezey, age 73 of 97 Morris Ave., Mansfield, PA 16933. Died unexpectedly at home on Thursday September 15, 1994. Born December 29, 1920 in Elmira, NY he was a son of Oakley W. & Edna Corwin Swezey. Survived by his wife of 48 years Margaretta "Gret" Baker Swezey; 1 aunt: Gladys Spirawk of Valois, NY; brothers-in-law: Clarence "John" Baker of Covington, PA and Walter Baker of Mansfield, PA; sister-in-law: Evelyn Baker of New York City; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was an Army veteran of WW II and a 32 year employee of Remington Rand in Elmira, NY and a 12 year employee of Southern Tioga School District retiring in 1984. The family will furnish flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the Mansfield Ambulance Assn. or the Mansfield Fire Dept., 13 East Wellsboro Street, Mansfield, PA 16933. Friends may call at the C. Haines Scureman Funeral Home Inc., 130 S. Main Street, Mansfield, PA Sunday September 18, 1994 from 1-3 p.m. Funeral services will be held there at the conclusion of calling hours with the Rev.
