Survived by sister, Mrs. Addie Prince of Mansfield, PA; sister-in-law, Mrs. Ethel Welch of Mainesburg, PA; niece, Mary Ellen Rappalee of Spartansburg, SC; 3 nephews, Robert Welch of Mainesburg, PA, Paul Welch of Ontario, Canada, Duane Welch of Big Flats, NY; several great and great, great nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Mainesburg United Methodist Church. She was born December 16, 1902 in Sullivan Township, Tioga County PA to Ellis and Ellen Walker Welch.
