She was born July 29, 1915 in Mainesburg, PA, the daughter of Fred and Gertrude Palmer Welch. Mary was a lifelong member of State Road Baptist Church where she was Organist for many years and a dedicated Church worker. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother, who loved her family, Church, flowers, and baking. Mary is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, R. Duane and Marilyn Seymour of Mainesburg, PA; two daughters and a son-in-law, Linda S. Farrell of Mansfield, PA, Marcia S. and Gilbert Romaine of Waynesboro, PA; grandchildren, Mary Lynn Seymour, Marie Seymour, Amy (Bill) Hartman, Alan (Melanie) Seymour, Jennifer Everetts, Jeffrey (Kelly) Farrell, Jonathan Romaine, Katie Romaine; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Bentley of Mansfield, PA; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Sterling of Troy, PA, and Lillian Welch of Troy, PA. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley in 1991, and a brother, Darwin Welch. Friends are invited to call at the Gary Wilston Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 130 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA, Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Funeral services will follow there Wednesday at 11:30 with Rev. Eugene Charsky officiating. Burial in State Road Cemetery, Mainesburg, PA. Family will provide the flowers. Memorial contributions in Mary's memory may be directed to the State Road Baptist Church c/o Duane Seymour, Treasurer, 122 Spring Valley Road, Mainesburg, PA 16932.
