Bird's Eye View, Shows Steam Laundry on Elmira St. (Overlooks e. Elmira Street, Extension Street) Card sent from "Mrs. E. A. Bates" to "Mrs. Eli Tong" (Elizabeth Howks to Phoebe Miller) This card precedes the fire at the Steam Laundry. It burned and was rebuilt in 1911. It also shows the massive fruit tree orchard on Prospect Street which was, I believe, planted by T. V. Elliott and later owned by Henry Allen. High Resolution scan links from media button above |
