Age 83 of Covington, Pa, Thursday February 7, 1974 at the Bath Veteran's Hospital. Friends are invited to call at the Kuhl Funeral Home in Mansfield Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral there Sunday at 2 p.m. Pastor Robert Hoffman officiating. Burial in Gray Cemetery, Covington. He is survived by two daughters, Blanche and Mary, both at home; two sons, Howard of Lincoln, Neb. and Arnold of Norwalk, Calif; two brother, Roscoe of Covington and Lee of Elmira Heights; three grandchildren. He was a retired Frost Settlement farmer, a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Mansfield. He was a World War I veteran having served in France and the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. He was born October 16, 1890 in Newfield, N.Y.
